@Ask_Spectrum 3 total ETD tickets just from my account since April 12. Work order number 260986238. Says completed. HOA/Property Manager have called multiple times. Now a safety issue.

@Ask_Spectrum So your Peps came by to fix the problem but instead of fixing anything they sat around & waisted at least an hour of time Lollygagging, talking on the phone, & eating but they didn’t bother to fix a GD thing! Unbelievable!

Spectrums Internet service is so unreliable. @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum And add insult to injury, if you call to report outages, they will make you wait to have an intrusive technician in your house rather than taking ownership.

@Ask_Spectrum your service is horrible. Internet goes out multiple times a day. Called today, was told a rep would call me in an hour to an hour and a half to try and schedule service...nada... zip...zilch. I pay for a service that is horrible and unworthy of my money.

Alright y’all. Go easy on @Ask_Spectrum tonight. They got a big outage they’re dealing with. The customer service folks didn’t turn it off. Give em a break. 27519 is off the Internet for a while. Go read a book. Play Monopoly. Go outside. Meet a neighbor (I just did!).

@JuliainRaleigh @Ask_Spectrum They probably put something out on the TV, not realizing your TV is tied in to the existing internet/cable connection. They say they have to have a certain percentage of calls from an area before they declare an outage. Once in Cary, I had to ask my neighbors to call so % was met

@Ask_Spectrum I work from a home office and it being the first of the month is super important I have access to internet services. Spectrum’s outage is weather related yet, wasn’t available for my business today. They created $2.30. Totally unacceptable!! Do better Spectrum!!
