Design Architectural Commercial Site Plan (2024)

[NO HAVY CONSTRUCTION PLANS NEEDES] This contest is for making the Site Planning and Layout design (floor plan) ONLY. No exterior design nor 3d design rendering or whatsoever. Just need to how there will be divided according to the project and its needs. Once we diced which layout is the most convincing we I will then create another new contest for the remaining project construction plans.

**Project Overview:**
We are seeking an innovative architectural design for an open roof strip commercial center. The center will include retail stores, restaurants, cafes, a hypermarket, a gym, a kids' area, offices, and apartments. The design should focus on sustainability, simplicity, and harmony, integrating minimalist style buildings. Your creativity in planning and drawing is essential, as we are open to two to three-story buildings with efficient space utilization on the roof and first-floor terraces.

I am not sure about positioning the buildings and units since we have different type of activites and different purposes for units which will vary in spaces. Also, allocating the spaces in such commercial projects is very critical because I want visitors to feel great in the center and feel too claustrophobic because of too many buildings and pushy areas neither do I want the units to cover each other. Even though, I like the idea of making a center looking like an old European shopping neighbourhood where visitors can walk around. I will leave this to your creativity show me great ideas.

I AM VERY OPEN TO ANY IDEAS YOU COME UP WITH

I would love to see the center to be the most attractive Town's landmark. Thus, make sure you do a plan that result in attracting brands and companies to the site.
