I just called @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum to transfer my service, b4 the movers come this week. I paid a $9.99 “transfer fee”. No big deal. I asked what it paid for? He said “nothing”. I’m paying to do it myself. I hope they are doing their part & donating to those in need. #COVID

@Cherteapet @Sheliacat @Ask_Spectrum I’m not sure if I got a work from home penalty-have to go back and look. Truth is, if we’re at home we get to see how $hitty their service really is. When you’re at work you don’t know how many times the service goes out. They should give you a work from home bonus!

Hi @Namecheap & @Ask_Spectrum I’m not sure whom to ask this, so you both get it:My namecheap hosted website will not load via my spectrum powered home network. I get a no data from server error. But it will load just fine via my neighbor’s WiFi or cellular.Can you help?
