almost. you can add it, but in front of, not after "helfen".
1st sentence: you're missing the "it". - which unfortnuately makes the sentence a bit more complicated 😅
mein Schlüssel ist verloren gegangen (my key went missing)
Können Sie [m]ir suchen helfen? (can you help me look for it)
oder
Können Sie [m]ir helfen, ihn zu finden. (can you help me find it)
ich bin krank ✅
Können Sie mir bitte kochen helfen?
(though i wonder who you're addressing in that sentence - "Sie" is formal, you'd hardly ask a stranger, teacher, boss, ... to help you cook 🤔)
